Day 10 – Share your experience

Day 10 – Share your experience

Day · 1 minute

Some writers are protective of any new wisdom they acquire. Everyone else is a competitor, right?

The reality is different. Writers who network tend to move up faster than others, even if the networking is with their peers.

If you’re the one spreading the word about the things that help writers hone their skills and break in, you’ll be considered an authority, people will turn to you, and your own name may get out there faster.

If this is not enough reason to share your love for this course, perhaps do it by way of accountability. Tell others you’re enrolled in the course, so you’re even more committed to completing it.

In any case, I would really appreciate it if you could share some positive words about the course.

You’re a legend if you share your experience on the relevant social media!

After today’s Forgery exercise, we’re going to complete the synopsis, working from yesterday’s 1st draft.

For today’s Forgery, you have the choice between an action sequence from a drama film (THREE BILLBOARDS IN EBBING, MISSOURI), or a horror scene from a supernatural film (GHOST).

Pick your scrippet, and get cracking!
