Step 2: Write a 2nd draft pilot synopsis

Synopsising is not the easiest task. But at least, this time around it should be a little easier than last.
Why?
First, you’ve done it before.
Even though the synopsis for a series pilot is a very different beast, you will have learned all you need from the feature synopsis to complete this job.
Just use your step outline from the first half of the course, and apply the same techniques.
At 71 pages, the Yellowstone pilot is shorter than Wait List. Easy!
Also, the relatively clear sequences should help you structure the synopsis more easily into a one-page document.
Finally, this time you have an extra day to complete the work.
If you have kept good notes, you should have a stellar final draft synopsis tomorrow!
