Today’s Mastery options have very little dialogue. They will allow you to focus on the visual description, and more specifically: tension.
The Rio Bravo exercise demonstrated how you can reveal character using visuals only.
The tension in today’s clips is of a different nature. In Rio Bravo, we could anticipate to a degree what Dude was going to do.
In today’s clips, the tension is more related to mystery, suspense and – their payoff – surprise.
